The sheep are back!
The sheep make their grand entrance in the heart of the vineyard for natural eco-grazing. By grazing the grass between the rows, they help maintain the soil while promoting biodiversity.
This approach reduces mechanical work, encourages natural land fertilization and preserves the estate’s ecological balance.

Organic wines & olive oils
Unique of its kind, our vineyard produces singular cuvées of organic wines, combining the elegance of grands crus with the authenticity of a preserved seaside terroir.
With a 20-hectare olive grove in the heart of the estate, nearly 5,000 vines intertwine their roots to produce a precious golden nectar: our extra virgin olive oil.
